On the album Debussy's Preludes 
"The very first tones of the initial Prelude (...) tell us that Wojciech Świtała, along with the recording engineer Zbigniew Kusiak, wanted to attain a new recording quality: a rounded sound, not too close and merging into warm tones but at the same time clear and allowing for a legible handling of details. Their goal has been achieved: the piano (...) sounds very nobly and the interpretative intentions of Świtała feed no doubts. 
Twelve years after the fascinating recording of the Preludes by Krystian Zimerman, it is delightful to hear another Polish pianist recording for a Polish label an aesthethically different but no less interesting and beautiful version."
